Toon Roast Pork

Soak the dried toon head in cold water for 8 hours, cut the pork belly into small pieces, and shred the ginger.

The edible oil is 80% hot, and the ginger fry until fragrant.

Add the pork belly, stir-fry properly, cover it, and extract the oil in the pork belly over low heat for 10 minutes.

First add white sugar, stir fry a few times, then add dark soy sauce, rice wine, light soy sauce, and continue to cook for 20 minutes. (Add water as appropriate)

Put the toon heads in the pot, stir-fry and add some hot water, continue to simmer for 1 hour, adding water successively.

The delicious toon head is ready!
