Cold Toon Tofu

Get all the ingredients: toon, tofu, garlic cloves

Wash the old stems and old leaves of the toon leaves, add water to a boil, blanch the toon, turn it over with chopsticks, the toon leaves will turn green, immediately remove the toon leaves

Squeeze the toon leaves in cold water and chop them into fine pieces, slap the garlic cloves with the back of a knife, peel them, and chop them into fine pieces.

The tofu is also watered to make it cleaner. After draining the water, cut the tofu into strips with a knife. Of course, it can be cut into chunks or chopped.

Add the chopped toon leaves and minced garlic to the plate with tofu and set aside

Now let’s make the seasoning. Add the right amount of salt, soy sauce, sugar, vinegar, sesame oil, chicken essence to the bowl, stir the seasoning and it’s ready. You can also make the seasoning according to your preference.

Stir the tofu, toon leaves, and minced garlic on the plate with chopsticks, then the tofu will be mixed up, which will be more delicious
Tips:
1. Toon must be blanched and eaten to remove the nitrite in the toon;
2. Toon blanching time is not easy to be too long, pour it into boiling water and use chopsticks to turn it a few times and it can be fished out.
