Tips:
1) The toon blanching time is not long enough, so take it out as soon as the water is boiled.
2) If you like spicy food, add more chili oil
3) Put a spoonful of salt in the water at the bottom to prevent the boiling water from overflowing
4) Rinse the noodles with cold water after they are cooked to prevent the noodles from sticking
