Cold Tofu Skin

Prepare the ingredients

Boil a pot of boiling water, blanch the tofu skin (not long) and drain the water for later use

Take a long strip of about 5-6 cm and fold it in half, and cut out a thin strip on the side folded in half without cutting it (as shown in the picture)

Place it in a circle in the middle of the plate, cut into silk and place it in a circle facing outwards, garnish with carrots in the middle

Cut the tofu skin into strips about 5-6 cm long and 2.5-3 cm wide

Take a piece of tofu skin, wrap it around your finger, and arrange it into a triangle

Form a circle in the middle, and the second layer is staggered to form a flower shape

Press 2 cloves of garlic into puree, wash and chop coriander, add 1 teaspoon light soy sauce, 1/2 teaspoon sugar, 1 teaspoon chili oil, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon Laoganma tempeh, appropriate amount of sesame oil, and 1/2 teaspoon monosodium glutamate, mix well

Tips:
1) When the tofu skin is blanched, boil the water first, and then put the tofu skin in. It will take no more than one minute to remove and drain. The time should not be too long. If it is too ripe, it will be rotten and not formed.
