Chinese Cabbage Whole Grain Package
1.
Chinese cabbage, wash, blanch, and cool. Chop dry water and chop. (Don’t chop too much)
2.
Chopped fried tofu. (I bought the tofu myself and fried it myself, it's safe and hygienic)
3.
Blanch the shiitake mushrooms and chop finely.
4.
Wash the small shrimps with water.
5.
Cornmeal is mixed with white flour.
6.
Two-thirds of the noodles are blanched with boiling water, and the remaining third is kneaded with cold water.
7.
Let the noodles form a dough and let them stand for about 20 minutes.
8.
Add salt, chicken powder, ginger powder, mixed fillings, and chopped green onion to the prepared fillings.
9.
Mix well. (Because it is a vegetarian filling, you can taste the saltiness.) Adjust the taste and add an appropriate amount of cooking oil (peanut oil for filling is best). The oil should be filled with fillings.
10.
wrap up. (Because there are many corn flours, the skin should be a little thicker when you wrap it. You don’t need to roll the dough, press it flat with your hands, put in the filling, put your hands in the middle of the bag, and pinch the edges tightly)
11.
Fill a pot with cold water and boil for 15 minutes.
12.
After turning off the heat, simmer for one minute before boiling.
Tips:
It's really delicious, my five-year-old girl ate one! This little girl usually doesn't eat vegetables, but she ate all cornmeal, cabbage, tofu, and shiitake mushrooms, and she kept liking them! As a mother, the greatest achievement is to watch the baby happily eat the meals she made!
