I’m at home alone, I don’t know what to cook. I don’t know what to cook. I just don’t have rice at home. I don’t have time to let the rice shop deliver rice to my door. I am too lazy to go out and buy it. If there is a package of wontons, let’s eat it with wontons. Two, I ate it all by myself, haha, it's super delicious, I have loved ravioli since I was a child.

Multi-flavored Leek Wonton

1. Beat the eggs into the bowl and beat

2. Raise the frying pan and pour the egg liquid

3. Flip it into a pancake with a quick flip

4. Then use chopsticks to quickly cut the egg and pour in the leeks

5. Add the right amount of salt

6. Then add the right amount of sesame oil

7. Just mix evenly

8. Take a piece of wonton and lay it flat in your palm, and add a proper amount of leek filling on it

9. Fold flat, circle both sides and wrap

10. Put the shrimp, shiitake mushroom sauce, chives, and MSG in a bowl

11. Prepare a pot of hot water and add wontons

12. Pour the boiled wonton soup

13. Cook until the wontons float on the top, then take the wontons out and put them in a bowl.

Tips:

Note: The wonton filling is already half-cooked, so the cooking time can be shorter, as it will break the skin after a long time.
