Tips:

1 The batter must be thin and not too thick. The ratio of mung bean noodles to flour is 1:2. If there is too little mung bean noodles, the taste will become sticky; if there is too much batter, the cake will break if the viscosity is not enough. There is no mung bean noodles, you can break the mung beans with a food processor. Also be sure to use a non-stick pan.
2 When choosing eggs, try to choose smaller eggs, so that the pancakes will look better.
3 Eggs cannot be beaten into egg liquid in advance. If the egg liquid is poured on it, there will be no yellow and white egg layer.
4 After the pancake is turned over, move quickly, spread the sauce, and roll the fruit in one go. If you move slowly, wait until everything is done before turning it over, and the chopped green onion and sesame will be burnt. If it doesn't work, turn off the fire, because it's really hot. I was lazy later, and after all the pancakes were made, a piece of sausage rolled with sauce would not be hot.
5 Sesame seeds can be put or left alone. If you put it, you must choose white sesame seeds.
6 Authentic pancakes with fruits. The pancakes can contain fruits (ie fried dough sticks) or fruit grate, but lettuce, ham, pickles, etc. cannot be added. We don’t ask for authenticity, we just ask for delicious. it does not matter.
