Chinese Style Pasta
1.
First roll the tomato with boiling water, peel and chop, dice the onion, mince the pork, add a little salt, chicken powder, and a little sugar to marinate.
2.
Boil the water in the pot and start to cook the noodles. The time depends on the time on the package of the noodles. The thin noodles I used will cook for 2 minutes. After the noodles are cooked, they will be drained.
3.
Put butter in the pan
4.
After the butter has melted, pour in the marinated pork and stir fry
5.
Then pour in tomatoes and onions, stir fry, pour in tomato sauce when it's almost cooked
6.
Add black pepper and a little basil to make it out
7.
Toss the drained pasta with some olive oil before pouring the sauce, so that it tastes better and more elastic
Tips:
Be careful not to put too much butter and olive oil. In the fifth step, you can add more salt if the taste is important. The tomato sauce can also be replaced with pasta sauce!
