Chinese Wolfberry Soy Milk

Prepare the ingredients you need. When buying soybeans, don't be greedy for a good-looking appearance and choose round soybeans of the same size. Occasionally there are spots, insect marks, and sizes, but good soybeans.

Wash the soybeans and soak them in clean water. I usually soak them one night in advance and put them in the soymilk machine the next morning. You can drink the warm homemade soy milk in 20 minutes.

When making soy milk, the wolfberry can be soaked ten minutes in advance, as long as the soaking is slightly soft. I use Ningxia wolfberry, which is big and sweet. When buying it, pay attention to the root of the wolfberry. If the small white spots are still there, it is not dyed. Don't buy it on the contrary.

Put the soaked soybeans into the soymilk machine, I always put the two spoons in the picture at a time, which is the kind of small spoon used for shabu-shabu, and put the water in proportion, and the soy milk can be 4 bowls.

Then put the wolfberry in, because the wolfberry has its own sweetness, I didn't add rock sugar and white sugar. If you like to drink sweeter, you can add white sugar when you drink it.

Add the right amount of water, I usually pour it at one-third of the indicator line.

Select the button of wet beans to turn on the soybean milk maker.

It only takes 20 minutes for the sweet medlar soy milk to be ready. This process is ready to prepare other staple foods without any delay.
Tips:
1. Soaking soybeans one night in advance is the most convenient. If the soymilk machine can beat dried beans, it can be operated directly.
2. Wolfberry has a sweet taste by itself, so I didn't add sugar. If you like, you can add white sugar or rock sugar.
