The fragrant chive ham and cheese bread is great for breakfast or afternoon tea~

Chive Ham Cheese Bread

1. Put A and B into the bread machine and mix them into a dough with gluten, then add the butter in C and stir until the completion stage, and ferment to double the size; vent, knead and relax for 15 minutes

2. Cut the ham, chives and cheese into cubes separately

3. Roll out the dough into a rectangular shape and sprinkle with cheese, ham and chives

4. Roll up from bottom to top and divide into five equal parts

5. Put it in the mold and ferment to twice the size, brush the egg mixture, preheat the oven at 180 degrees and bake for about 15 minutes.
