Chixiaodou, Barley and Lotus Seed Soup

Wash and soak the red beans, barley, lotus seeds, and lily for 1 hour.

Tips:
If you have a pressure cooker, you can press it for 40 minutes, and it takes longer to stew directly. The beans are hard to rot. The beans can be soaked overnight.
