【chocolate Gnocchi】

Preparation materials: glutinous rice flour, cocoa powder, melisu (or use chocolate, I like small innovations, so I choose mylisu, chewing crunchy, my family likes this taste very much)

Pour the glutinous rice flour into a small basin, add an appropriate amount of water (I used filtered water), and then knead it into a dough. Then, like making dumplings, roll the dough into small noodle balls, roll them round, not too thin, thicker, then add some cocoa powder, and then put in Melisol, and knead it! Just roll into a ball!

Then sprinkle some glutinous rice flour on it, roll it, put it in the refrigerator for one to two hours, and then start to cook for 10-13 minutes, when the glutinous rice balls float up!

Looks pretty good! The first time I did it, I feel so fulfilled haha. The family said that it tastes great! Next time I won’t go out and buy it, so I will make it as a gift for my mother. .
