Chocolate Ice Cream

Put the cocoa powder in the milk and stir it well and use the microwave oven to heat it (usually cook in a small pot. I'm lazy)

Put in the dark chocolate and melt it at the temperature of the milk (the temperature is around 65°C)

It is very bright after mixing well, then add egg yolk one by one and mix well

Whip the whipped cream with white sugar (my whipped cream is not very good when I bought it, it is solid, so I reluctantly use it)

Add the dark chocolate milk liquid and continue to beat evenly, then put it in the refrigerator and freeze
6.
Take it out and beat it every half an hour, I beat it for about a dozen times
