Chocolate Nut Biscuits (crispy Snacks)
1.
Cut the butter into small pieces and soften it, mix it with the powdered sugar by hand, and the color is light yellow;
2.
Beat the eggs well and add in three times while stirring, not all at once;
3.
Add the sifted cake flour and nuts evenly;
4.
Use hand pressure method to mix all the materials evenly and press the dough, and divide it into 3-4 parts evenly;
5.
Use your hands to shape the dough into a cube with a side length of 3cm, wrap it in oil paper and freeze it in the refrigerator until hard (about 1 hour);
6.
Take the frozen biscuits out of the refrigerator and place them on the chopping board, cut them into thin slices with a thickness of 0.5 cm, and neatly stack them into a baking tray lined with greased paper (oil cloth) (or a non-stick baking tray);
7.
Put the baking pan into the preheated Depp built-in oven, 170 degrees, middle level, about 20 minutes, until the surface is slightly golden;
8.
After baking, cool the biscuits, dip them in chocolate syrup, and decorate with chocolate;
Tips:
1. The butter and powdered sugar should not be rubbed too much, otherwise the shape of the baked dessert will be unsatisfactory or the taste of the biscuits will be changed;
2. The nuts should be chopped and mixed with flour first, otherwise the mixed raw flour will affect the taste after baking;
3. When the biscuits are put in the refrigerator, they must wait until they are hard to cut, otherwise everything will fall apart;
4. When placing the biscuits on the plate, pay attention to leaving some distance around them, because the biscuits will pass through the butter and the eggs while they are being baked.
5. Pay attention to the temperature changes of the oven, always pay attention to the changes of the biscuits in the oven during the baking process, and change the direction of the baking tray in time if the fire is uneven;
(Reminder: Please adjust the baking function of the Depp 807E oven ten minutes in advance to heat up 170 degrees before baking)
