Soft Fragrant Bread (bread Machine Version)

Use an electronic scale to weigh all materials and set aside. The key is: 1. High-gluten flour must be sieved, the flour after sieving is very delicate, the bread crumbs made will have the soft taste of cakes. 2 Milk powder is more fragrant with modulation milk powder. 3 Yeast should be high-sugar-tolerant.

Use Dongling bread machine, choose light color for burning color, standard bread, weight 500g.

Put in the bread bucket in order: 1 water; 2 eggs (the eggs do not need to be broken up, the broken up is to save a little later for brushing the surface of the bread); 3 put sugar and salt on the two opposite corners.

Put it in the sifted surface to cover the surface of the liquid. Put milk powder in the noodles. Finally, dig a hole in the surface and put the yeast in it. Yeast cannot be exposed to salt. Close the lid and start.

Pause after mixing the dough for 5 minutes, and spread the softened butter on the dough separately. Then I waited steadily. It will go through 3 times of kneading and 3 times of fermentation. Observe the effect during the last fermentation. If it is not ideal, you can press Pause to ferment for a while.

Pause for 5 minutes before the end of the baking, and brush the remaining egg liquid on the surface. It's okay to omit this step, mainly for the sake of good-looking.

At the end of all steps, take out the bread as soon as possible and let it cool. Keeping warm in the bread machine tends to harden the bread. Put it into a sealed bag as soon as possible after it has cooled slightly. It does not matter if it is a little steamy, the main thing is to prevent the bread from hardening.
Tips:
1. Sift the flour, and the crumb in the bread will have the delicate and soft taste of cake. If it is not sieved, it will be more extensive. 2. Using modulated milk powder will be more fragrant than fresh milk. 3. Take out the bread as soon as possible and put it into a sealed bag to avoid hardening.
