Crispy Toast

Cut the bread into strips of about 1.5 cm; the butter will soften at room temperature for a while

Softened butter is easier to smear a thin layer.

Dip it evenly with white sugar, I don't use much sugar. Line the baking tray with greased paper, and bake at about 170 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
Tips:
Don't use very strong scent for the bread, otherwise it will affect the taste after baking. I use the mellow peach and plum.
The degree of roasting is also based on your own preferences. For example, if you prefer something crispier, it will take longer.
