Fresh andrographis, first washed and soaked, and then fried with white sugar, chopped pepper cold dress, not very spicy, very appetizing. The mildly spicy, refreshing Andrographis family likes it. In early spring, eating some Andrographis is good for the body.

Ingredients

Chopped Pepper Andrographis

1. Wash the Andrographis paniculata and soak it in cold boiled water for 10 minutes. Because it is eaten cold directly, it is best to soak in boiled water or mineral water

2. Remove and drain the water after soaking

3. Ginger garlic chopped

4. Start the frying pan, put the ginger and garlic into the pan and sauté

5. Stir-fry with chopped pepper

6. Stir-fry with sugar

7. Stir-fry with salt and turn off the heat evenly

8. Place the drained Andrographis in a container, add the fried chopped peppers, stir well and enjoy

Tips:

1. Wash the Andrographis paniculata and eat it directly, preferably soaked in cold boiled water or mineral water.
2. Like to be more spicy, no sugar can be added when frying chopped peppers.
