Chopped Pepper Cabbage

After washing the cabbage, cut the roots and leaves into strips and then separate them (so that the roots are ripe but the leaves will not grow old when they are fried)

Heat the oil and pour in the chopped peppers and stir fry

Put the root part in and fry, when the fry is almost cooked, add the leaf part and continue to fry, add a little salt before being out of the pan.
Tips:
The chopped pepper itself has a salty taste, so just add a little salt.
