Chopped Pepper Fish Head

Ginger, shredded green onion, cut into sections

Brush the bottom of the pot with oil and add the chopped green onion and ginger

Add the fish head and spread a layer of chopped pepper sauce

Pour the mirin on high heat and steam for 15 minutes, turn off the heat and simmer for 5 minutes

Sprinkle with scallions and ginger, drizzle with steamed fish soy sauce

Just add hot oil
