Chopped Pepper Fish Head Tofu

Prepare the ingredients.

Clean the fish head and slice the tofu into thin slices.
3.
The cut tofu yards are placed in a bowl.

Shred the ginger, cut the coriander stalks into small pieces, and set aside the leaves.

Put the fish head on top of the tofu.
6.
Sprinkle with shredded ginger and coriander.
7.
Pour the chopped pepper evenly on the fish head.

Sprinkle a spoonful of chopped green pepper on the tofu
9.
Put it in a pot and steam for 15 minutes before serving.
