Spicy Fish Head Tofu Pot

Wash tofu and slice; wash chives and chopped green onions; peel ginger, wash and shred

Put half of the ginger shreds on the processed fish head, pour in the cooking wine and spread evenly, and marinate for a while

If the fish head is too big, turn it over and cook it.
