Fish Head Yuba Soup

Prepare a grass carp head

Soak the yuba in advance, wash the wolfberry, cut the green onion and ginger

Put oil in the pan, add ginger and sauté fragrant, then pour the fish head for frying

When frying the fish head, add vinegar and cooking wine to remove the fishy smell

Fry the fish head and pour in boiling water

Boil the water in the pot again to clear the floating powder

Add goji berries and green onion and stew together

Simmer for about half an hour, pour in the yuba soaked in advance and cook for a while

Finally add green onions and salt to taste
Tips:
The yuba can be replaced with tofu. When frying the fish head, remember to put cooking wine and vinegar, which can effectively remove the fishy smell.
