Chopped Pepper Soybeans

Soak the soybeans for 12 to 24 hours in advance. Remember to change the water in the middle. I have soaked it for about one day and one night.

The pepper is bought for three kilograms, washed and cut into cubes.

Prepare accessories, I put them at will, depending on personal preference.

After the ingredients are ready, put the peppers, soybeans and spices, sugar, white wine, salt, chicken essence, peanut oil, and water into the pot. The water should be under the ingredients. If it is a pressure cooker, you don't need to put so much water. Watch it a little while cooking. If the water is running low, just add a little more boiling water.

Below is the cooked picture. After cooking, taste the saltiness. If it is not enough, add some salt, because I didn't add much when I started. You can also taste it while cooking in the middle, depending on your personal habits. After cooking, let it cool, and put it in the refrigerator in a crisper. It was very refreshing to come to such a stack of side dishes in the morning of winter.
