Chopped Pepper Taro

Slice after washing

Boil water in a pot and put on the steaming rack

Bring to a boil, put the taro on top and steam for 20 minutes

Add 3 spoons of chopped pepper

Wash the celery leaves and cut a few times

Pour the right amount of soy sauce into the bowl. Steam for another 5 minutes. Insert it with chopsticks and serve it out when it's cooked

Arrange evenly on the plate

Finally, sprinkle with celery leaves and drizzle with sesame oil.
Tips:
I like the smell of celery. You can also add coriander or chopped green onion. The taro is thinly sliced and steams faster.
