Christmas Cookies
1.
Ingredients preparation (I ran out because of the low gluten, so it would be nice to just use a bag of flour with a little cornstarch.)
2.
Mix powdered sugar and softened butter evenly
3.
Pour in 40 grams of flour and cornstarch, mix well
4.
Add 5ML of milk
5.
After kneading the dough, it forms a smooth dough without fine grains,
6.
Repeat the above procedure for the brown sugar dough, adding brown sugar powder
7.
Combine the two types of dough and let stand for ten minutes
8.
Use a dough stick to form a uniform dough
9.
Use your favorite cookie mold, novice or children can operate it, it’s very simple
10.
Put the finished biscuits into the heated oven, middle level, upper and lower fire, 165 degrees, 15 minutes (this depends on your own oven conditions and the thickness of the crust), pay attention to observe the coloring of the biscuits.
11.
After the biscuits have cooled, they can be placed in an airtight box and taken as they are eaten.
Tips:
1. The dough must be made evenly, and the size of the biscuits should be as similar as possible.
2. In the middle layer, heat up and down, 165 degrees, 15 minutes (this depends on your own oven situation and the thickness of the crust), pay attention to observe the coloring of the biscuits.
3. Since it is for children, no pigment and coffee powder are used. If you want to look good, you can choose by yourself.
