I made a simple gingerbread house last year. This year I decided to make a slightly more complicated one. The design of the house comes from human fireworks. I made a slight change, adding more chimneys and fences to make it closer to the real house. "

Ingredients

1. First of all, we design the drawing, cut out the paper mold with hard paper, and then we can build it.

12. After the pie slices are cool, you can use colorful frosting to draw some patterns on the wall and let the frosting dry overnight. (I buy the colored frosting off-the-shelf.)

13. Put the egg whites in powdered sugar and vinegar and beat them with a whisk until it is very viscous. Lift the whisk so that the frosting can hang on the whisk and not flow. Put the frosting in the piping bag.

16. After the wall is firm, stick the roof on and hold it with your hands for about 5 minutes to make it stick firmly and not slide down.

17. After the roof is fixed, glue the chimney on and fix it by hand for a while. After the house is built, it can be decorated at will.

18. Finally, sift the powdered sugar on it.

Tips:

1. The amount of this material can make a 30cm*25cm base and a 16cm high house, fence and some gingerbread.

2. 1 cup=250Ml, 1 teaspoon=5ml.

3. Powdered sugar must be used for icing, as granulated sugar will not make a sticky icing.

4. It is best to make 2 more pillars on the ceiling. I didn't prepare it. I accidentally broke a piece while gluing it, so I stuck it up with icing sugar.
