Christmas Icing Cookies
1.
Prepare all the ingredients needed for the biscuits.
2.
The butter is softened at room temperature, add powdered sugar, and beat with an electric whisk. You don't need to beat too much, as long as the powdered sugar and butter are fused together.
3.
Add egg liquid to the whipped butter three times and beat evenly with an electric whisk.
4.
Sift in the low-bowl flour.
5.
Knead it into an even dough with your hands and put it in the refrigerator for half an hour.
6.
Take out the refrigerated dough, roll it into a slice of about 0.3cm, and use a biscuit mold to press out your favorite pattern.
7.
Put the biscuits in the preheated oven, 170 degrees middle, bake for 12-15 minutes.
8.
Take out the biscuits and let cool.
9.
Combine the protein powder and warm water, sift into the powdered sugar in batches, and beat with an electric whisk. It should not be too thin or too thick.
10.
Add your favorite pigment color to the whipped frosting, put it in a piping bag, draw your favorite pattern on the biscuits, and dry them before eating.
Tips:
1. The frosting used for the bottoming should be thinner, and the dripping can be used as a flat surface.
2. After the surface is dry, add another color.
3. If you draw lines, you can use thicker icing.
