Christmas Little Princess Cake
1.
Ingredients: 200 grams of Meimei original muffin mix, 1 large egg (about 60 grams), 50 grams of water, and 50 grams of corn oil.
2.
Put the above ingredients together in the egg beater.
3.
Use an electric whisk at low speed to stir for about 3 minutes until it is smooth and without particles.
4.
Put a paper tray into the mold and brush it with a thin layer of corn oil.
5.
Divide the batter evenly into 6 cupcake cups, about eighth full, and shake out large bubbles.
6.
Power on the oven, select "Christmas Little Princess Cake" on the APP interface to start, and the oven will automatically enter the preheating phase (upper tube temperature is 190 degrees, lower tube temperature is 190 degrees, preheating time is 5 minutes). After the oven is preheated, put the baking tray on the grid in the middle of the oven, and then use APP to make the oven enter the baking stage (upper tube temperature 190 degrees, lower tube temperature 190 degrees, baking time 25 minutes).
7.
The oven reminds to sound, the baking is over, the baking tray is taken out, and the cake is transferred to the cooling rack for cooling.
8.
After wiping it off, the Mi Butterfly doll wraps the body with plastic wrap, and hollows out the middle of the muffin cup cake.
9.
Insert the fan butterfly doll into the cup cake. If there is a gap, use the dug out cake pieces to backfill.
10.
Take 1 small piece of fondant paste, add red pigment, knead it evenly, then roll it into big round slices, cut three-quarters of the round slices as a doll skirt, as shown in the picture.
11.
Then roll out the remaining red fondant paste into a long strip, and cut it into a trapezoid-like figure as the doll's shawl, and stick the white fondant paste on the edge.
12.
Combine the two red fondant pieces prepared just now on the doll, as shown in the figure. The skirt feet are also glued with a long strip of white fondant cream to create a plush edge.
13.
Take a little white fondant paste and rub it into two small balls and a thin thread, combine them into a bow, and glue them to the shawl, as shown in the picture.
14.
Finally, use a little red fondant paste to roll it into a fan shape, and combine it into a Christmas hat, with white fondant paste on the edge, and a small white ball on the tip of the cap, as shown in the picture.
15.
Put the Christmas hat on the head of the butterfly doll, and the Christmas princess cake is complete.
Tips:
1. When making fondant, sprinkle a little powdered sugar on the operation surface to avoid adhesion and facilitate operation. Or put the fondant paste between two pieces of plastic wrap and roll it out without sticking.
2. There is no accurate size for the production of the garment, so it should be appropriately enlarged and cut behind the upper body.
