Raisin Muffin

Prepare the materials.

Pour all the egg liquid in a clean basin, pour in water, corn oil, and use a manual whisk to beat evenly.

Sift in all the premixed powder.

Stir it with egg zigzag until it has no dry powder or particles and a smooth paste. Add the raisins. If the raisins are slightly larger, cut them into smaller pieces. Use a spatula to cut and stir. Let stand for 25 minutes.
