Christmas Naked Cake

Wash the fruit in advance and drain. Diced kiwi fruit and dragon fruit. Save a few large strawberries and put them aside, cut the others vertically, and cut one into six. (You can click on the picture to see the details of the big picture)

A few large strawberries are shown in the picture. Cut the end of the strawberry and the head, and set aside for later use.

Cut the six-inch cake into three slices and set aside (for the recipe you can refer to my other recipe, the 8-inch chiffon cake, half the amount is six inches).

Beat the whipped cream with a whisk, then add sugar to beat.

Take a piece of cake base and place it on top of the cake mat.

Spread a layer of cream on the top of the cake, and then spread the fruit in a circle.

Spread another layer of cream on the spread fruit. Then put on the second piece of cake, compact the cake lightly with your hands, then follow the order of the first layer, spread the cream, spread the fruit, and then spread the cream. Then put on the third layer of cake slices and spread a layer of cream.

Put the big part of the sliced strawberry in the middle of the cake to make the body, and squeeze a little cream on top of the strawberry with the piping nozzle.

Then put the small part of the strawberry on the cream to make a hat, and squeeze a little cream on the hat to decorate it. Also take two black sesame seeds to make Santa’s eyes. (You can also use the black dots of dragon fruit to make eyes)

If you have a flower spout, you can decorate a circle of flowers around the cake. You can also omit this step~

Spread a layer of fruit on top.

Finally, sift a layer of powdered sugar on top of the cake to create a snowing scene. The easy-to-use naked cake is complete, and the appearance is not low~
Tips:
When whipping the cream, you can sit the bowl with the cream in the basin of ice water, so that it is easy to whipped. When whipping the cream, the whisk can be opened at 2.3 gears at the beginning, and when it becomes thicker, it should be switched to the smallest gear. When you hit it into a feather shape, you should lift the warhead and observe it every few hits to avoid excessive oil-water separation when the cream is beaten. Beat the cream until you lift the egg beater into a straight, straight hook.
