Strawberry Mousse Cake

Wash the strawberries and add them to the food processor to make juice (I added 20g sugar and a little lemon juice)

Gelatin powder and milk are soaked in heat insulation water to melt

After melting, add strawberry juice and stir well

Whipped cream is textured and flowing

Strawberry paste is added to the whipped cream and stir evenly

Stir and pour into about three-sevenths of the mold, then put in a piece of cake and pour in the rest

Put it in the refrigerator and refrigerate for more than 4 hours overnight.

QQ heat insulation and melting with boiling water

Turn into cool

Pour into the mousse cake and refrigerate the mirror to solidify

Put a hot towel on the cake mold for one minute, and place a cup under it. (The towel is not applied properly, and the mirror surface is not released from the mold)
