Chuanbei Stewed Sydney

Chuanbei was mashed.

Peel the Sydney pear and cut into small pieces.

Put Chuanbei and Sydney into the stew pot.
4.
Add appropriate amount of water, about 2/3 full before the Sydney pear.
5.
Put it on the pot and steam for about 45 minutes (turn to low heat when the water is boiled).

If it feels too light, you can add an appropriate amount of loquat honey after letting it cool.
