Red Dates, White Fungus, Chuanbei, Snow Pear Soup

Prepare the ingredients

Soak the white fungus in water for more than 2 hours.

Remove the roots of the soaked white fungus and tear them into small flowers.

Pour the white fungus into the rice cooker and add water that is flush with the white fungus.

Start the soup button and wait for the end.

The red dates are cleaned and cut and pitted.

The Sydney pear is cleaned, and the meat is cut into pieces with a hob.

Rinse the Chuanbei wolfberry together.

After the white fungus is cooked, add red dates, Sydney, and Chinese wolfberry.

Add a finger of water without any ingredients.

Tips:
Tremella must be boiled out of gum to make it sticky, smooth and stringy. For the first soup-making procedure, you must not add too much water, just flush with it. The second program can be adjusted appropriately according to the amount of other ingredients. \n The red dates and goji berries I used are very sweet, so no sugar is added. \n
