Chunk Pork Jelly

Wash the skin and blanch it in water

Scrape off grease

Wash the skin
4.
Cut into thin strips
5.
Rub with salt and vinegar

Clean up

Put pork skin, green onion, ginger and water in the pot
8.
Simmer for 3 hours
9.
Put it in the plate and solidify when you eat it, slice it and mix well
