Cicada Shed Barley and Winter Melon Water

Wash and drain the cicadas, slice the wax gourd, and soak the barley in advance.

Add appropriate amount of water to the pot, then add the soaked barley to boil.
3.
Add cicada molt and winter melon slices, cover and continue cooking.
4.
Boil for about 1 hour. When the barley is fully cooked, stop the fire and drink it.
