Clam and Winter Melon Soup

Soak the clams in light salt water for two hours to spit out the sand and mud, then rinse with running water, pour the clams into clear water, add a few drops of oil, add a little salt, and then quickly stir in a circle for about three minutes, and finally rinse the clams with running water;

Remove the seeds and peel of winter melon, and cut into small pieces;

Put an appropriate amount of water in the pot, add green onions, ginger, cooking wine, and clams after boiling; remove the clams, rinse and drain;

Put an appropriate amount of water in the pot, boil the winter melon;

When the wax gourd becomes soft, pour the clams and goji berries, and simmer for about 5 minutes on low heat to remove the impurities and bubbles that float on the surface.

Season with appropriate amount of salt, turn off the heat, drizzle a little sesame oil, sprinkle with chopped green onion, and serve.
