Clam Seaweed Soup

Soak the clams in salt water for more than 2 hours in advance, and clean the surface of the clams with a brush

Prepare seaweed, wash coriander and cut into sections

Pour water into the pot, add sliced ginger and boil

Drop the washed clams

Cook until the mouth opens and remove immediately

Strain the soup of boiled clams

Bring the filtered soup to a boil, add seaweed and cook for 2 minutes

Add the boiled clams

Add salt, bring to a boil, turn off the heat, sprinkle with coriander
10.
Just drizzle with sesame oil
