Clean clams

The roots of milk cabbage are easy to leave mud, sand and pesticides, so they must be soaked and cleaned. If it is safe, break it off.

Drizzle a small amount of oil in cold water to boil, turn to low heat and cook for 5 to 10 minutes

Add two slices of medlar, clams, and ginger that have been washed, and cook until the clams open and turn off the heat immediately
