Classic Braised Pork
1.
Wash the pork belly with skin and cut into small pieces. Prepare seasonings: ginger, star anise, cinnamon, bay leaves, garlic.
2.
Put the seasonings into the medium-temperature hot oil and sauté slowly! Don't use high heat, otherwise the spices will have no fragrance after being burned.
3.
Add the pork flat and fry for about five minutes, stir and fry evenly! Otherwise, the raw meat smell will remain in the finished product.
4.
Then add the braised dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, and stir-fry evenly! The meat has a tasty feeling!
5.
Finally, add warm water, submerge the meat, bring to a boil on high heat, and simmer on medium heat for 20-30 minutes. Ready to cook!
6.
Add chicken essence before serving and stir fry evenly. Serve on a plate and immediately garnish and sprinkle with chopped green onions before serving!
Tips:
Put a little more braised dark soy sauce, don't add salt!
