Clear Water Lamb Soup

Prepare lamb, herbs and ginger

Blanch the lamb for use
3.
Saute the ginger, add lamb and seasonings, stir fry
4.
Stir-fry, add an appropriate amount of water and press in a pressure cooker for 45 minutes
5.
Season the boiled soup with salt and MSG
6.
Sprinkle a little chopped green onion in the carrying bowl

1. Lamb blanched to remove blood and fish
