Clever Use of Shrimp Shells
1.
Buy back fresh dead shrimp, wash and control water, put them in a plastic bag, and freeze them in the refrigerator (so it doesn't matter if the shrimps are just dead). Take it out in a few hours. The shrimp is slightly hard and has not frozen into a ball.
2.
Take off the shrimp head, remove the section behind the shrimp head, and then pinch the tail with your thumb and index finger and squeeze it forward, and one shrimp is squeezed out. Pack them according to their own food intake and put them in the refrigerator.
3.
Put the removed shrimp heads and shells in the oven for two hundred degrees for one hour, (depending on the amount), or bake them in a low heat in a pan. Do not batter.
4.
After roasting and cooling slightly, put it in a blender or add some seaweed and stir.
5.
The more broken the better.
6.
Bottling. Braised fish, steamed eggs, mixed buns and dumpling fillings are all excellent natural condiments. Don't worry about poking the shell of the shrimp, it will be soft after seeing the heat.
Tips:
The shrimp head can also be deep-fried twice, sprinkled with cumin black pepper and chili powder as a snack, or as a snack. The oil from the fried shrimp heads is reserved for cold dishes or as fillings.
Live shrimp should also be frozen in the refrigerator for a while, so that they can be peeled. So freshly-dead shrimp is the best.
