Cocoa Lace
1.
Ingredients: 30 grams of brown sugar, 30 grams of butter, 1 teaspoon of milk, 5 grams of low-gluten flour, 5 grams of cocoa powder, 25 grams of almond corners
2.
Add sugar to the butter and heat over a low heat until the butter melts. Remove from the heat, add the milk while it is still hot, and mix well. The granulated sugar particles are relatively large, so you can't stir it until it melts. Just use it, it doesn't seem to be melted. After cooling down, sift in low-gluten flour and cocoa powder,
3.
Add almond wedges and mix well
4.
Use a spoon to dig an appropriate amount, spread it out on a baking tray into a 5cm diameter round slice, put it in the oven, middle layer, up and down at 160 degrees, bake for about 10 minutes, and out of the oven.
Tips:
There is no yellow granulated sugar, but white granulated sugar is fine. I didn’t have enough brown sugar, so I used a small amount of white sugar instead.
When spreading out in the baking tray, keep the distance a bit larger, otherwise it will be connected together like me.
