I have always used white granulated sugar to make chiffon, but today I use yellow granulated sugar instead. The flavor is more intense, and this time I use an empty fryer to bake the chiffon. Yellow Sugar Chiffon

1. Prepare the ingredients used.

2. Beat egg whites with brown sugar until foamed.

3. To divide the eggs, beat the yolk paste well.

4. Add the flour to the egg yolk batter.

5. Stir until there is no dry powder.

6. Then add the beaten egg white batter to the egg yolk batter.

7. Stir until combined, add the cake batter to the mold, and then put it into the preheated empty fryer.

8. Bake at a fixed temperature of 150 degrees and 45 minutes at a fixed time.

9. After baking, empty the fryer and let it cool.
