Cocoa Two-color Buns

Take 100 grams of flour, add 70 grams of cooked pumpkin, 2 grams of yeast, and 5 grams of corn oil to form a smooth dough. (No need to add water, pumpkin moisture is just right)

Mix the remaining flour with milk and 2 grams of yeast, add cocoa powder and all the ingredients to form a cocoa dough, cover tightly and separate and ferment until it is twice as large (knead the two doughs for about 20 minutes)

Knead the two fermented doughs flat and vent them, and cut them into equal portions.

Discharge your favorite shapes, there are 6 petals, or 4 petals. random.

Put the shaped noodles into a steamer that has been rubbed with oil, cover tightly and let them stand for another 20 minutes.

Fill the pot with water, put the noodles in a cold water pot, bring to a boil over high heat, and continue to steam for 15 minutes. Don't open the lid after turning off the heat, and simmer for about 5 minutes to open the lid.

Tips:
Reminder: If you want to eat sweet buns, you can add 60 grams of sugar to make the noodles. Since I forgot to weigh the milk, the serving size is approximate. Add or subtract appropriately depending on the hardness of the dough.
