Coconut Almond Cookies

The softened butter is added to the powdered sugar in 2 times and beaten evenly with a hand mixer.

Add the beaten eggs in three times.

After mixing, it is fluffy and smooth.

Sift in the low flour and almond flour.

Mix into a dough, roll into a cylindrical shape, and freeze in the freezer for an hour. (Here I divided it into two parts and made two flavors)

Brush the egg liquid on the surface, one stick with the minced coconut and the other with the minced coconut and black sesame.

Cut into small pieces of about 1 cm, brush the surface with egg wash, and sprinkle with the walnut chopped coconut and black sesame mixture.

In the middle of the oven, 180 degrees, about 20 minutes.
