Coconut Bean Paste and Sticky Rice Cake

Put the coconut powder into the cup, add some hot water and stir to form coconut milk.

Put some glutinous rice flour into a large bowl.

Pour in coconut milk and flour.

Combine the glutinous rice flour into a Sanguang dough.

Prepare some red bean paste and knead it into small balls.

Pull a small piece of dough and spread it out into a pie, put the red bean paste in it, then slowly gather it up and close it, and then round it and flatten it into a pie.

Tips:
1. When mixing the noodles, add water slowly, stirring while adding.
2. The food made of glutinous rice should not be stacked together to avoid adhesion.
