Coconut Chicken Soup

Prepare the ingredients and ask someone to peel the coconut when you buy it.

Peel the coconut meat carefully, fill the coconut milk in a bowl, and cut the coconut meat into strips.

Put the chicken in clean water and boil for 2 minutes, remove it and clean it for later use. (Flying water)

Put the chicken, coconut meat and ginger slices into the pot, bring to a boil and simmer for 2 hours

Tips:
