Coconut Cream Small Party
1.
First melt the starch with a small amount of milk
2.
Pour the remaining milk, whipped cream, and sugar into a pot and heat it on a low heat, stirring constantly with a spoon to avoid sticking to the bottom of the pot
3.
When the milk is about to boil, quickly pour the starch water into the milk, and use a fork to stir quickly until the milk paste is evenly stirred
4.
Turn off the heat and quickly pour it into a square container covered with minced coconut. The above picture is the first time I did it. The gesture is not fast enough. When the milk paste is put into the container, it has already formed a bit, and the surface is not flat enough.
5.
It’s beautiful the second time. The key is to stir quickly and guide the container quickly.
6.
Let it cool and put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour, take it out and cut into square grids, and roll it over with coconut paste
7.
Some cocoa powder tastes good too
