Coconut Curry Chicken

Wash potatoes, orange peppers, and onions, and peel them.

Cut the potatoes into small pieces and blanch them in water

Cut the onion, orange pepper and set aside

Wash the drumsticks, remove the bones, and cut into pieces

Put oil in the pot, add green onion, ginger, garlic and chicken to fry

After the chicken has changed color slightly, add onion, orange pepper and potatoes

Stir-fry, add curry cubes and stir-fry

Heat water to melt curry cubes

Simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes

After simmering, add coconut milk and stir well to collect the juice
