I actually loved curry in 2004. I didn’t eat it often before, only once in a while, but there was a friend who loved it very much. Every time I went to dinner with him, I ate curry. I fell in love with it after a long time. I often joked that I was nurtured by him and got curry syndrome, ha ha!

Ingredients

Coconut Curry Crab

1. Use a brush to clean the crab

2. Chop the crab

3. Heat red in a pot, add appropriate amount of oil, fry ginger and garlic until fragrant

4. Pour the red pepper and continue to stir fry

5. Add the right amount of curry powder

6. Stir-fried until fragrant curry flavor

7. Add coconut milk and boil

8. Pour the processed crabs

9. Bring to a boil on high heat, close the lid, turn to medium and simmer for 15 minutes

10. Cook until the soup is dry, add some salt and soy sauce, and mix well.
